Celebrity Big Brother certainly has done Preston and Chantelle career the world of good. Preston managed to make his band ‘The Ordinary Boys’ a household name with top 10 hits, Chantelle has presented two shows for E4, and their romance has dominated headlines in magazines and newspapers for weeks!
Now it appears that the hype will be taken one step further and a movie is set to be by production company ‘Working Title’ made based on their story.
An insider ‘told’ the Daily Star: “The idea Working Title want to run with is a storyline based on two people falling for one another on a reality TV show.
“It would then trail the twists and turns of the couple throughout their lives.
“In the film script, it is Chantelle’s career which eventually overtakes Preston’s and people will see how the couple will cope with that. And it will be a very bumpy road.
“At the moment Chantelle’s character is based on her characteristics and looks but the female lead will be given a different name.

Speculation is continuing over whether newly engaged Chantelle Houghton and Ordinary Boys singer Preston are expecting their first baby.
Not only was Chantelle spotted with what could have been the beginning of a baby bump, but this week she was also seen on the hunt for baby clothes.
A shopper in Brighton, East Sussex, said: “She seemed interested in the little pink outfits.
“I saw them later on in the adult nightwear section. Chantelle was looking at a pair of Winnie The Pooh pyjamas.”

Shayne Ward has entered at second place in the UK singles chart with ‘ No Promies’, while Gnarls Barkley hold on at number one.
I’m sure this is a disappointment for Shayne and for Sony BMG as they had been pushing sales all week in a bid to capture the number one spot. It will be interesting to see where his album enters the charts when it is released.

Ant and Dec have spoken out against the new breed of reality TV stars and Chantelle Houghton in particular in an interview with Britain’s Arena magazine.
The pair think that Chantelle’s desire to be famous has now gone much too far.
Dec stated: “Chantelle is like a trick played on celebrities that has got out of hand.
“I’m not sure that would happen in any other country.”
He added: “Celebrity used to be a by product of your day job, but now it’s just a day job to be a celebrity. That never used to exist before.
“I wonder how many kids now do want to be firemen and policemen and nurses and stuff, and how many kids just want to be famous.
“It’s a sad kind of reflection.”
But the pair - who have presented reality TV shows ‘Pop Idol’ and ‘I’m a Celebrity
… Get Me Out of Here’ - insist they are not threatened by this new breed of stars.
Ant said: “It’s no challenge to what I do.
“If they’re in the paper more than me, then that’s good. It’s very curious though, it’ll be interesting to see what happens.’

Clive Uter and Helga Helgdottier tonight made their first and last appearance on BBC1’s Strictly Dance Fever. When the public vote was counted and combined with the judges scores they joined Mark Williamson and Jennifer Mistry in the bottom two couples. Graham Norton just minutes ago revealed that Clive and Helga are the first couple to leave.the show
Their exit was something of a shock for viewers, contestants and the judges alike. The judges comments about Clive and Helga’s first two performances were less than impressive.
“I saw great spins , I saw a lousy lift, but I saw something that was catastrophically boring,” said Arlene. “It was very clean very precise but very boring,” agreed Stacey. “There was no heat together,” added Ben
But during the group routine the pair seemed to realise what was at stake and danced amazingly. Both Stacey and Arlene chose them as the pair that most stood out from the rest of the group.
But it wasn’t enough. The public had already decided. For Clive Uter and Helga Helgdottier their first night was their final night.

Pamela Smith one of the finalists on the BBC’s Strictly Dance Fever believes that all her training and hard work at Edinburgh’s Telford College has prepared her well for the trials and criticisms that lie ahead as part of the show.
“You have to be tough in this business if you’re going to make it,” she said. “That’s what you’re taught at college. It’s not a bit like Fame at all. It’s certainly not glamorous. You train Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm - you live, eat and breathe dance classes. It’s very hard work - a real discipline.
“It’s not about dancing around and having fun, quite the opposite.
“It’s like being in the Army in a way - if you don’t get to class in time, then you’re not allowed in. You have to be a strong character to deal with criticism every day, to take it on board and use it to become a better dancer.
“It’s really mentally and physically straining.”
She adds: “But I think that’s what will get me through Strictly Dance Fever, having that strength of character and taking criticism well and using it to my advantage.”
On her new danicng partner Paul MaGuire she said: “It’s difficult when you’re partnered with someone you don’t know, but you have to get on with it,” she said.
“Paul has a very different style of dancing from me - I’m more technical with ballet and jazz styles - so we’ve had our ups and downs this week but I think we’ve got there and hopefully tonight we’ll pull it off.”
