Britain’s Got Talent: Amanda Holden Rows With Simon Cowell

The People newspaper has reported today on an apparent falling out between Britain’s Got Talent judges, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell.

The row is said to have been caused by the arrogant Mr Cowell repeatedly pressing Amanda’s elimination buzzer during auditions for the show.

An insider said: “She was fuming. She gave him daggers and had words afterwards.”

Typical Simon!

Any Dream Will Do: Zoe Tyler Hits Out At Sinitta

Any Dream Will DoFiesty vocal coach from BBC’s Any Dream Will Do, Zoe Tyler, has hit out at her ex pupil Sinitta who is currently judging on ITV’s Grease Is The Word.

Zoe not only criticised Sinitta but also questioned her right to judge on that type of show, saying:

“Sinitta just makes a bikini and a fur coat look good.”

She added:

“Yes, she’s done a few West End shows but she doesn’t have my expertise. She doesn’t know what’s right.”

To be honest I’d have to agree with Zoe.

Grease Is The Word: Tom Bradley and Kate Somerset-How Leave The Show

Tom Bradley and Kate Somerset-HowTom Bradley and Kate Somerset-How have become the first couple to be eliminated from ITV’s reality TV show, Grease Is The Word.

The pair found themselves in the bottom two with Bradley Clarkson and Michelle Antrobus and judge Brian Friedman was quick to tell the public that they had picked the wrong people. He reminded us that we are NOT voting for our best friends but for the best Sandy and Danny.

However the choice was made and the very talented Tom and Kate have left. Its a shame….

Any Dream Will Do: Seamus Cullen…A Show Of His Own

Seamus Cullen: Any Dream Will DoShockingly, Seamus Cullen has left Any Dream Will Do tonight, after facing a sing off with Ben Ellis.

I have got the feeling that Andrew wasn’t a big Seamus fan for weeks now so his choice to save Ben was no real shock.

As the show closed and Seamus sang Close Every Door To Me, but he changed the lyrics. The closing line should have been sang “I have been promised a land of my own” but Seamus sang “I have been promised a SHOW of my own.”

So was this just extreme optimism or has Seamus already lined up a job in a major show in case the Joseph thing didn’t work out. I would really love to know as I was an unashamed Seamus fan!

Wife Swap: Alison Henry And Michelle Gibbs

Wife Swap: Alison Henry And Michelle GibbsIt’s an explosive Wife Swap this week as Alison from Eastbourne and Michelle from Northampton trade places - and parenting styles. Alison believes her role is to make life as fun and comfortable as possible for her children, so the household is run according to the kids’ timetable. Alison doesn’t like rules or forcing her kids to do anything they don’t want to do, so they have no set bedtime, leading to post-midnight running around; and even when they eventually go to bed they rarely stay there. Antony Hansen Leaves Any Dream Will Do

Antony Hansen: Any Dream Will DoAntony Hansen has become the next Joseph wannabe to leave BBC’s Any Dream Will Do. He was the obvious choice after his tuneless performance of Take That’s Patience earlier in the night.

He faced the sing off with Cabaret Craig, but Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber felt that Craig was the safer choice for the West End.

Antony performed Close Every Door to me as he left the show and I wish he could have conveyed that level of emotion during his earlier performance, if he had he definitely wouldn’t have left tonight.

After having turned down the chance to appear in I’m A Celebrity himself, music manager, Louis Walsh has promised ITV that he will help to get some big names on the show, and according to Now Magazine, Brian McFadden is one name that keeps cropping up.

‘Louis thinks it will do Brian a lot of good and he will get a huge fee,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘ITV are desperate to get Brian signed up.’

I suppose it’s only right that he follows in his ex wife’s footsteps and lest face it, it couldn’t hurt his ailing career could it?
