Chanelle is a 19 year old student bank worker who thinks she bears a striking resemblance to Victoria Beckham.
In fact Chanelle bases her whole appearance on Victoria and buys every line of clothing, towels and makeup that she ever produces.
Chanelle would most like to be rich and famous, or a speech therapist in Spain.
She describes herself as polite, pretentious and proud, she has entered Big Brother for the fame and admits:
“I want to be recognised in the streets.”

Tracey became the fourth housemate to enter the Big Brother 2007 house tonight.
Tracey is a 36 year old cleaner, who looks more than a little bit weird.
Tracey describes herself as a happy, nice, “buzzin” person. She collects blown light bulbs.
Tracey hasn’t worn makeup since she was 21, has never had a passport or flown on an aeroplane.
Tracey has promised to get evicted naked!

Charley was the third housemate to enter the Big brother 2007 house.
Charley is an unemployed London IT girl who is cousins with Manchester United footballer Kieran Richardson. She likes to go out on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Charley loves money and hanging out in celebrity joints. She describes herself as Trendy, wild and argumentative. I would say poser!

Lesley was the third person top enter the Big Brother 2007 house.
Lesley is a 60 year old retired headhunter and an aspiring stand up comedienne.
She describes herself as eccentric, intelligent, unpredictable with crazy temper tantrums.
Lesley is convinced that the British public will either love her or hate her, but either way they will want to keep her in. She believes that there is a strong possibility that she will win.

The first ever Big Brother twins!
Sam and Amanda were the first people to enter the Big Brother house tonight. They are ditzy social work students who both hate their course as everyone speaks the dictionary language.
They have agreed that if there is only 1 fit boy in the house they will share him as long as the boy promises that he will always buy their drinks.
The girls both like pink things and chavs make them angry. On entering the Big Brother house all they could say is ” it’s pink, it’s pink, it’s pink!”

The Mirror newspaper has reported that a dedicated team of police officers will be wtaching the new series of Big Brother and will have the power to stop the show if there is any hint of racism.
A police source said: “No hint of that will be tolerated. If necessary, we’ll visit the studio to apprehend housemates.”

Apprentice reject, Adam Hosker, has shocked Apprentice producers by applying for next years series.
He told pals: “I still think I can be Sir Alan’s Apprentice. I didn’t get much luck and a lot of mud was thrown at me. Next time it will be different.”

* Two have children and nine are single
* One female housemate could read from the age of two
* This year’s house features the oldest contestant to date
* One is a cleaner, one is a nanny, while another used to work as a lapdancer
* Three have never been on a plane
* One of the housemates is a member of the Women’s Institute

An insider has told The Daily Mirror newspaper that all 12 housmeates entering Big Brother tonight will be female. The plan is said to be that one of the girls will be evicted on Friday and be replaced by the first male.
“It will be a hilarious start. The girls’ behaviour will be fascinating. The first man in will be a real hunk – so the girls can flirt and fight over him” an insider said.

Chris Moyles received a tour of the Big Brother house and during his breakfast show on Radio One a slip of the tongue revealed that there may be a whole new floor!
In describing the house Chris said:
“They wouldn’t let me downstairs though.. whoops”
Comedy Dave replied: “Downstairs? What a whole new floor” Chris replied swiftly with ‘Let’s move on’.
Wouldn’t a basement be cool! I wonder what the housemates could get up to down there?
