Due to the popularity of the MySpace MTV presenter search, MTV are making a TV show about it called Pick Me MTV.
The guys at MySpace and MTV have been running a presenter search to find a new rising star to front the MTV news bulletins. They’ve had shed loads of audition videos – so many in fact that they’ve decided to make a TV show about the search. It’s called Pick Me MTV and will follow the fortunes of the lucky wannabes who have submitted a video and made it through to the televised auditions. Read more & comment »
So I was browsing YouTube this afternoon, letting him listen to different versions of the song that became famous from 1970′s Coke ads, and happened to come across this clip for X Factor Battle Of The Stars.
I had completley forgotten how terrible Gillian McKeith was, how much I detest Rebecca Loos and how funny the celebrity chefs were.
It makes me wonder why they had to cancel the show?
Dancing on Ice star Suzanne Shaw has just cut skating partner Matt Evers face with the blade of her skate in an accident on the training rink.
The pair were practicing their routine for Dancing on Ice’s props week, when Suzanne did a handstand on top of their prop, a chair, and as she went up, her blade scraped down Matt’s face.
Medics have rushed onto the ice and are currently looking at whether he will need stitches or if the cut to his face can be glued, but he’s definately been left with a black eye!
Former X Factor winner, Leona Lewis will perform her new single for the first time, exclusively at the semi-final of Dancing on Ice.
Singing her Sport’s Relief single Footprints in the Sand, Leona will take to the ice for the performance, as Torvill and Dean dance around her in a new routine specially choreographed for the song.

Former American Idol winner, Ruben Studdard, is rumoured to be recording the show’s all new farewell song, a cover of Kenny Loggins’s ‘Celebrate Me Home’.
Terry Lewis, who co-produced the song with Jimmy Jam, said: “It’s very soulful, very heartfelt. Ruben is singing his pants off.”
Ruben would need to be singing his pants off! Considering he was dropped from his record label last year, this may be the last gig he gets for a while!

Sky One is gearing up to relaunch 90′s TV show, Gladiators, which originally aired on ITV.
However, ITV aren’t going to go down without a fight and have drafted in Simon Cowell’s company Syco to make a big arena show to rival Sky One’s effort.
An ITV insider told The Sun: “Our bosses were offered Gladiators but turned it down in favour of Simon’s idea. The two shows are going to war.”
Charlie Sheen has spoken out this week and asked TV viewers to boycott the new reality TV show of his ex wife, Denise Richards.
At the premiere of the new series of his sitcom Two And A Half Men, Sheen criticised a recent decsion made by a court judge, allowing Richards to include her two young children in her show, saying: “You don’t go to court and take a stand if you don’t firmly believe in it. You know it’s just a situation where the world is upside down sometimes. I think we should all just boycott the thing, do a mass boycott.”
Suzanne accepted the award, and spoke out against many people’s attitudes to single parents.
She said: “It really does annoy me when people criticise single mums. I remember experiencing it when my mum divorced my dad and going to church and being told that divorce was wrong.
“My mum ran out in tears. I would rather my mum was happy than unhappy.
“I’m absolutely disgusted by it. I turn my back on people like that. We don’t become mothers because we don’t want to stay with our partners. I’m giving Corey a good a life as anybody.” Read more & comment »
