She told New York radio station Z100: “I did it the hard way. I had to teach myself how to play the drums, I had to get into a band. [I played] in crappy little clubs for years before anybody would even pay any attention to me. [ I had to] take my tape around to record companies and have them shut the door in my face. Chris Fountain May Write Autobiography

Dancing On Ice 2008: Chris Fountain

Dancing On Ice runner up, Chris Fountain, may become the latest celebrity to get paid a fortune to not write his own autobiography.

Chris revealed that he has been offered an obscene amount of money to tell some writer the story of his (quite short) life, while they then go away and do all the hard work.

He told the Daily Star: “I have done a lot despite being only 20. The money they are offering is pretty mad so who knows?

“It could all come off and be out in time for Christmas.”

Is anyone else wondering how Chris is going to stretch out tales of his Ice Hockey team, and life on Hollyoaks for a whole book? I’m not sure how riveting the story will be.
