Strictly Come Dancing star, Kelly Brook, has broken off her engagement to actor Billy Zane ahead of their wedding which was rumoured to be taking place this summer.
Kelly is said to have been reassessing her life since her fathers death in November of last year, and has decided that Billy is not the man for her.
‘After much soul-searching, Kelly decided that Billy is not the man she wants to marry and has called off the engagement,’ reveals a source to The Sun.
‘The split is completely amicable and the decision was made after long conversations here and in the US. They remain good friends.’ Read more & comment »

The kind folks over at andrewlloydwebber.com have provided us with Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s latest video blog.
Sir Andrew chats to us from The Phantom theatre in Las Vegas, which I have to say looks like the most amazing theatre in the world. I had no idea that one had been purpose built just to suit that production.
Andrew talks about his stint on American Idol as well as last week’s I’d Do Anything show.

Oh No! I had gone and got my hopes up when the tabloids recently revealed that Kerry Katona had pulled out of any further episodes of her MTV reality TV show.
However, Kerry’s showbiz agent, Max Clifford has revealed that the show was only cut short because Kerry had the baby and that she will be filming a second series later in the year.
“They brought it to an end because she had the baby,” he revealed. “They’re actually filming with her this week, and then they’re going to do another series.” Read more & comment »

Princess Tiaamii (ridiculous name I know!) the daughter of Jordan and Peter Andre has been hospitalised in America after contracting a severe strain of chickenpox.
The Daily Mail hit out at Jordan and Peter yesterday for traipsing the sick toddler all over LA, when she should have been tucked up in bed.
Andre told The Sun: “We’ve got to take her to hospital. She’s not good. Once she’s better I’ll be all smiles.” Read more & comment »

This years Strictly Come Dancing winner, Alesha Dixon, has revealed that her pal Lily Allen, is keen to sign up for this years series of Strictly Come Dancing.
‘Lily told me that she wanted to do it. I don’t know whether she has been advised not to, but she would be fantastic,’ said the former Misteeq star.

Leona Lewis is in line for an LA makeover according to todays Sun newspaper.
Leona has managed to score a number one single in the States with Bleeding Love, but her team of advisors have hired Mariah Carey’s personal trainer to help get her into better shape.
‘Leona has done brilliantly in the US,’ reveals a source to The Sun.
‘But some of her team think she needs to be a bit sexier if she wants to have the longevity of female artists like Mariah, Janet Jackson or Madonna.’ Read more & comment »

Reality TV star, Coleen McLoughlin has been dropped as the face of Asda and is to be replaced by a more glamourous model. It would seem that Asda want to attract a more middle class customer and are no longer targetting the chav market.
’Among the names being considered is Carla Bruni. She’s very attractive and a highly stylish person. We feel she would fit in very well with the George look,’ said spokesman Ed Watson.

The Star, which can always be trusted for its reliable sources (?) has reported that there will be a whopping 16 housemates entering the Big Brother house this year.
They report that the housemates will be some of the rowdiest we have ever seen and that the security staff have been warned to be on the lookout for bustups.
