Andrew Lloyd Webber Working On ‘Phantom: Once Upon Another Time.’

In an interview with the BBC, Andrew Lloyd Webber has revealed the name of his new Phantom Of The Opera sequel, and also revealed that he may not do any more reality TV shows with the channel.

Andrew revealed: “I have got my own new show coming on next year, which is my sequel to the Phantom of the Opera, which I think is going to be called Phantom: Once Upon Another Time.

“But that will come on in November next year, probably, if everything goes well.”

He added that they couldn’t do a reality TV show without a musical at the end for the winner to star in. Read more & comment »

I’d Do Anything: Is Jodie Prenger Too Fat For Nancy?

Jodie Prenger may have already lost a whopping 11 stone, as part of Living reality TV show, ‘The Biggest Loser’, but it seems as though that might not be enough for Cameron Mackintosh.

Jodie is up against Jessie and Samantha in this weeks I’d Do Anything final, however Oliver producer Cameron Mackintosh is said to favour the slimmer girls for the roile of Nancy.

‘Cameron thinks she is a bit too big and has more or less said so,’ said Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber to the Daily Mirror.

Faryl Smith and Andrew Muir Through To Britain’s Got Talent Final

Once again on Britain’s Got Talent, the last one in was the first one through to Saturdays final. Faryl Smith was the last performer to appear on the show last night and only moments later won a place in the final. The judges also chose Andrew Muir to go through.

ITV today announced that Piers Morgan will join the channel in an exclusive two year deal.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, presenter and former editor of the Daily Mirror has emerged as one of the UK’s most popular personalities with an already impressive list of experience presenting shows across the major UK broadcasters.

Big Brother 2008: Housemates May Face Starve Task

The Daily Star has reported that Big Brother bosses are planning one of their cruelest tasks yet for this years BB housemates.

One housemate will be chosen by their comrades to go without food, and yet sit infront of a load of tasty treats without eating anything. Anything they do eat will be taken out of the housemates shopping the following week.

Britain’s Got Talent: Acts Offered Gigs Worth Thousands!!!

The Sun has reported that many of this years Britains Got Talent acts are being bombarded with offers of work worth thousands of pounds!

Record companies are said to be battling to sign up Charlie Green, even though he failed to make it through to the final last night, and Sony BMG is said to be keen to sign all three child stars, Charlie, Faryl Smith and Andrew Johnston. Read more & comment »

Britains Got Talent: Cheeky Monkeys Playing Pranks!!

They might juts be the cutest kids alive, but Britain’s Got Talent finalists Cheeky Monkeys have been really living up to their name according to The Mirror.

The little scamps have admitted that they regularly paly tricks on their rivals, Strike.

“We’ve been ringing their hotel room up and saying, ‘Hello room service’,” confessed Krista, nine.

John Barrowman Skinny Dipped In Lloyd Webber’s Pool!

Denise Van Outen has revealed that her fellow ‘I’d Do Anything’ judge, John Barrowman once tried to drag her into Andrew Lloyd Webber’s swimming pool for a spot of skinny dipping.

Denise told the Radio Times: “John went skinny-dipping in Andrew’s pool when we were at his house but I remained clothed. He tried dragging me in, but I resisted by clinging for dear life to the wall. Andrew wasn’t there but John told him he’d been in his pool naked and he just laughed.”

Big Brother 2008: Return Of The Housemates?

Big Brother bosses have hinted that they may be bringing back some old BB faces for this years summer series.

A senior BB source told The Daily Star: “It would be a real twist in the series to bring old housemates back.

“They’ve been there, got the T-shirt and know how to play the game.
