American Idol runner up Adam Lambert, has claimed that he has written a track which would be perfect for a Twilight movie.

Lambert, who caused controversy on last months American Music Awards, told MTV News that the song named Suburban Decay would be perfect for the Vampire movie.

He said: “It’s a great song and I hope to perform it someday, and I think it will find a home, on a soundtrack or something … maybe Twilight”

“It just didn’t quite fit [in my album]. It’s very theatrical. … It’s very campy, and it was just a bit too campy for the album as a big picture.”

Lambert added: “Hey, Eclipse … Want my song? It’s kind of about vampires,”
