American Idol 2009: Kara DioGuardi And Paula Abdul Won’t Be Fighting
New American idol judge Kara DioGuardi doesn’t think she will fight with Paula Abdul on the new series of the show despite media speculation.
“Paula and I co-wrote my first international hit,” Kara said. “I feel indebted to her for that, and I’ve never been of the thinking that women should drag each other down.”
Simon Cowell has claimed that the girls tend to gang up on him during this years audition process, but Kara says it’s not at all planned or contrived.
“There’s definitely times Paula and I voice our opinion and it’s of the same ilk. And if that’s not what Simon thinks, then there’s a little bit of tension there. But it’s all fun. Nobody’s going back to their room crying,” Kara said.
“I hope people find I bring something to the show that’s different, and I can help these contestants learn something, whether they win or not”

she seems like a smart lady. especially because in another interview she said she doesnt wanna sit between paula and simon since she knows they have their special chemistry going and she doesnt wanna come between it. hehe

I am confused on how its going to work with 4 judges.. When they are judging a contestent what if 2 say go thro and 2 say No!? With 3 judges that doesn’t happen!

I am confused how it will work with 4 judges..what if theres a tie in judging? 2 say go thro and 2 say no? that doesn’t happen with 3 judges..?
