OMG, just minutes into tonight’s American idol show and already we’re onto our second sob story. First we heard about Katelyn’s parents splitting up and now we’re told about Angela’s daughter who suffers from Rett Syndrome, a disease which requires around the clock care. On top of that her mother recently went missing and her father died during her last attempt at AI auditions.

This girl’s life sucks, but luckily she can sing and has once again found herself going through to Hollywood week. Although we’re not one for the ‘stories’, we actually hope that Angela makes it a bit further this year.
