Former American Idol winner Carrie Underwood made her fourth appearance on the annual Idol Gives Back show last night when she performed the inspirational track ‘Change’ from her current album ‘Play On.’ Carrie previously performed the song on CNN on Thanksgiving night for CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute.

For previous Idol Gives Back performances Carrie has sang The Pretenders’ “I’ll Stand By You” as well as George Michael’s “Praying For Time.” She also performed on Idol last season, in a duet with Randy Travis.

After giving a fabulous vocal performance, the country singer told presenter Queen Latifah that she’ll be doing her bit for charity by donating 36 cents of every tour ticket sold to Save the Children.
