Former American Idol contestant Jermaine Sellers has revealed that he is planning to send Simon Cowell a new bible.

Sellers was eliminated from the show on Thursday night only two night’s after he offered to take the judge to his church.

“I’m gonna send him a Bible,” he told Access Hollywood. “Like I told him, he [needs] to go to church.

“If he had a little bit of Jesus in him, then he wouldn’t be so mean. I’ve never known [anybody] that don’t smile.”

However, Simon isn’t as mean as Jermaine insinuated. The music mogul even offered his commiserations to the outgoing singer.

“He came to me afterward, after I got voted off, and he said, ‘Jermaine, I’m sorry’,” Sellers explained.
