So it’s no secret that we love the delectable Casey James almost as much as Kara DioGuardi does and we were so disappointed when he failed to shine on last week’s show. This week Casey chose to sing Keith Urban’s ‘You’ll Think Of Me’ and it seems to have brought him back in favour with the judges.

We totally enjoyed Casey’s performance last night. It didn’t totally rock our world, but it was a simple, honest and strong performance. Even if it was a rubbish performance, after he did that tucking his hair behind his ears move he had us swooning so much that we’d have been prepared to spend a weeks salary voting for the hottie!

Judges Comments:

Randy Jackson: I think it was a little bit of a safe choice. Don’t fall away from the vocals or anything that you do.

Ellen DeGeneres: I thought it was great and you are so much more comfortable sitting down and playing guitar and that feels like your vibe to me. I really liked it.

Kara DioGuardi: I’m kinda back on the Casey train. This was better than last week, it was honest and you were doing what you do best. I’m missing that spark but it is definitely a move in the right direction.

Simon Cowell: It was your second best performance. I think it made you sincere however I don’t think we will remember or rave about in 24 hours time but you sounded great.
