24 year old Leah Laurenti told the American Idol cameras that she grew up in church and didn’t listen to mainstream music. However singing has always been her life and Leah was visibly upset before she even started performing.

Leah Laurenti sang “Blue Skies,” and had a great throwback jazzy voice. Randy Jackson branded her one of the best so far and she sailed through to Hollywood with four yesses.
