American Idol contestant Michael (Big Mike) Lynche has revealed that he would love to have a Michael Jackson week on this year’s series of the show. But be warned, if bosses agree with Mike they can expect a clash between him and Paige Miles as they both want to sing the same song.

In an interview with Zap2it, the 26 year old baby daddy said:

I don’t necessarily have a dream theme, I hope that we do Michael Jackson week this year. He’s so relevant.

Paige loves Michael Jackson and we’re actually going to fight over the song. We’ve already talked about it.

We’ve got some people who worked with Michael on the show and to be round those people is nuts, it’s great!

On the upcoming Rolling Stones theme for this week’s show Lynche added:

You’ve gotta take everything to your world. regardless of what you’re doing. That’s where your honesty lies. So I’m not nervous about The Stones or rock or anything that’s outside R&B. I want to bring everything to my world and make it honest and real for me.
