American Idol finalist Siobhan Magnus gave a nice rendition of Chris Isaak’s ‘Wicked Game’ on last night’s first live show. But nice really isn’t enough in this competition.

We love Siobhan’s voice and her style and think that she is certainly a lot better than some of the other female contestants. However, her performance tonight wasn’t very inspiring and we don’t know if people will feel inclined to vote for her after that.

Kara DioGuardi said it felt real, Randy Jackson said he’d like to hear her pick a bigger song and Simon Cowell said:

“You really are a funny little thing, aren’t you? I liked the song, but I didn’t love the song.”
