Steven Tyler is reportedly planning to première the music video for his debut solo single on a new instalment of American Idol.

Fellow judge Jennifer Lopez debuted the video for her latest single ‘On The Floor’ on the show in February and The Hollywood Reporter claims that the Aerosmith singer will follow suit on May 12 and is planning to give the song it’s first air-play on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show three days before.

Tyler’s single will be titled’(It) Feels So Good’ and is rumoured to feature ex-Pussycat Doll and X Factor guest judge Nicole Scherzinger.

“It’s everything you would expect to get from a classic Aerosmith video,” a source told THR.

“Without giving too much away, think pure, classic Steven Tyler in all of his rock star glory.”
