Nathaniel Marshall sang “I Would Do Anything For Love,” originally recorded by Meatloaf on last night’s American Idol live show.

He gave a fun performance but the judges seemed to think that it was all a little Karaoke, cruise ship style with not enough ‘star quality’.

Randy – “You like having fun — that’s what I like about you.”
Kara – “You got a voice, but maybe we could see another side of. You’re my karaoke buddy.”
Paula – “You gotta be really wise on picking a song.”
Simon – “The majority probably like me thought it was excruciating. At least people are going to remember you.”
