We’re a bit baffled by the American Idol judge’s decision to put ditsy sisters Bernadette & Amanda Desimone through to Hollywood tonight.

The pair work in their mums hair salon and gave very mediocre performances but apparently that’s enough if you’re hot and wearing a short dress.

Blonde-haired Bernadette Desimone sang a half hearted version of ‘Hit the Road Jack,’ while brunette Amanda Desimone crooned ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody.’

Simon just wanted to put Bernadette through alone but after everyone insisting that it was all or nothing, the pair made it through.
