Ellen DeGeneres has revealed that she has already had a ‘lot of fun’ working on American Idol, but thinks that working with Simon Cowell will be a ‘challenge.’

“Everyone’s making such a big deal of the tension, but there’s been a lot of fun on that panel,” Us Magazine quotes DeGeneres as saying. “Kara’s been great, Randy’s been great.”

Talking about Cowell, she said: “I think he’s a funny guy. He’s going to be a challenge. He’s Simon and I’m me and we’re two different people. We’ll see how it goes.”
