Big Brother bosses are said to be worried that former housemate Keeley will take legal action against them.

The 30 year old travel agency manager fell and injured her ankle during a task, in which she was forced to dress like a spider and try to clamber out of a bath tub. As she writhed in agony, fellow housemates tried to help by applying ice to her leg and helping her get to a bed, however it was five hours later before show bosses brought her to a local hospital.

After Keeley was diagnosed with a fractured ankle and forced to leave the show, bosses called an emergency meeting to ensure that they have met all safety guidelines. Some are worried that Keeley could sue them for compensation.

Last night a source told The Daily Star: “Technically she has suffered an accident at work and like any employee she can seek legal advice to see if there is a case for compensation.

“It’s no wonder Big Brother are panicking.”

A Channel 4 spokeswoman said last night: “Every planned activity in the house undergoes a full risk assessment and is sanctioned by a health and safety expert.”
