The Big Brother house has just become one very somber residence.

The housemates were visited by a special guest this morning, who had details of their latest shopping task.

The giant potato/octopus/squid (take your pick) squirted them with silly string, before handing an envelope to Shievonne Robinson.

She read the enclosed card and task rules, saying:

“For this week’s shopping task, housemates must not laugh for the next two days.”

She continued:

“However Big brother will be doing everything possible to make housemates laugh out loud. Every time a housemate laughs, hey will incur one fail.

Big Brother will not only count laughs, but also smirks, titters, chuckles, guffaws, LMOAs and ROFls and definitely mega LOLS.”

If housemates pass the task they will win a luxury food budget, but if they fail in two days time, they will have to survive on an economy shopping delivery, which will no doubt include a minimal amount of alcohol.
