Big Brother 2012: Adam and Lauren talk tactics and showmances!

Big Brother housemates Adam Kelly and Lauren Carre are in the group dubbed “The Outsiders” by Channel 5 – other Outsiders include Luke A and the now goneski Lydia – and last night, in a show of outcast solidarity, they had a good old natter about house tactics and romances…

It began with sage Adam proffering Lauren a few hints and tips on how to survive in the jungle that is house politics, but when Lauren explained that she’s just too naïve to see what everyone else sees, Adam reassured her that her naivety is probably what the voting public like about her.

He said, “You got yourself saved,” as they discussed Benedict’s exit from the house, to which Lauren replied, “Yeah, but it’s not as if Benedict helped himself, is it?”

Well, actually Lauren, it most likely his frequent “helping himself” that got him the boot…

Anywho, talk then turned to Lydia’s recent eviction and the deafening chorus of boos that greeted her, of which Lauren said, “It’s my biggest fear; going out to a crowd who’re booing.”

Seriously? That’s your biggest fear Lauren? What about being imploded if you fell into a black hole? Or drowning, or running out of cigs? Or being eaten alive if the house runs out of supplies and Becky’s peckish?

However, talk moved on yet again to the subject of why so many housemates seem determined to get Sara and Arron together, and in particular, why Shievonne’s front and centre of the Let’s Create Sarron drama.

Adam told Lauren that he thinks she just likes the drama of it all, and Lauren agreed, adding that her involvement in Ashleigh and Luke S’ romance was in the capacity of “producer”.

She said, “She [Shievonne] just follows and does what they do.

“It’s just her playing the game. She’s producing them.”

Well, as tomorrow is of course nominations day, maybe Adam and Lauren will be looking to oust the “producer” or indeed, Lushleigh!
