Yesterday, the aftermath of the face to face nominations was still very much on everyone’s minds, particularly of course, Lauren and Luke A, who are facing eviction on Friday.

During the day, both Lauren and Luke A went around some of their fellow housemates, trying to sort out their issues, and one of the main conversations of the Why Don’t You Like Me variety occurred between Lauren and Caroline…

They have both bitched about each other of course, and haven’t got on from day one, however, as always seems to happen when confronted about her behaviour, Caroline went into cur dog mode…

And were she in fact a canine, she would have been on her back with her legs in the air, tail tucked apologetically in, submissively begging for forgiveness from Lauren and hoping for a rub on the belly.

We’ve heard Caroline – and Becky, who’s every bit as two-faced – calling Lauren “spoon” and saying how much she dislikes her so often, it’s become something of a bathroom mantra, but as mentioned, when confronted, Caroline does a U-turn on everything she’s said…

So when Lauren asked her just what it is she’s done to merit such virulent bitching, Caroline said, “There’s nothing I can say that can redeem some of my behaviour, it’s completely unacceptable.”

And when Lauren asked if she meant that genuinely, or was “only saying what I want to hear”, Caroline said, “No no, genuinely, I’ve always wanted to be your friend, but realistically, we have fallen out, but sometimes, we’re great friends.”

Lauren responded, “I find it really hard when you’re doing the whispering and the bitching, ‘cos I’m like… but I imagine in the outside world, you’re not like that at all, and we’d probably get on really well.”

To which Caroline said, “I know, it’s tense in this environment, but the thing we can do to prove our relationship is stop saying things behind each other’s backs.

“Because I’ve heard things you’ve said about me, and you’ve heard things I’ve said about you, and that makes it 300 per cent worse.”

Later, Caroline said, “I’ve been really bad, just awful. Like it’s completely unacceptable to make someone feel uncomfortable when they walk into a room…

“On no ground is that OK. Yes I can be bitchy, and yes I’m obnoxious and stuff, but I’m very honest.”

Lauren then added, “I think we needed to have this conversation a lot earlier…”

Now what I want to ask you is this; how long do you reckon Caroline will stick to everything she said to Lauren? As in, will she go even a few hours without bitching behind Lauren’s back? Or will she immediately revert to form and continue being just as snide as she has been from the get go?
