Big Brother 2012: Day 69 sees Sara, Luke S, Luke A, Deana & Adam taking it easy like Sunday morning

Yesterday was of course the housemates’ last full day in the Big Brother house, and it was a time for reflection as well as looking forward…

Because of course tonight, either Sara, Deana, Luke A, Luke S or Adam is going to be crowned winner of BB 2012 and walk away £50,000 richer.

I absolutely can’t call who’s going to win, but I think I can narrow it down to four candidates, as I think Luke S will be one of the first out tonight.

I also have a feeling that Deana won’t make it to the final two or three, so if that’s the case, then of course it’ll be between Sara, Luke A and Adam. I really like all three of them, so I can’t choose which one I’d prefer to win…

What about you?

However, back to a round up of house action from yesterday – Day 69 – and it began lazily, given it was Sunday, with a lie in followed by sitting in the sun talking about the ghosts of housemates past, the highs and lows of the series, and of their trepidations about tonight.

Here are a few clips of some of those conversations…

Big Brother also provided all the ingredients for a full on Sunday lunch, which Luke A cooked, assisted by sous chef Luke S while their fellow housemates sipped wine and were teased by the smells coming from the kitchen.

And once dinner was over – where yet more wine flowed – BB sent some more booze into the house, and the over indulgence in general set Adam off on a bout of hiccupping, even though he’d been sticking to fizzy pop.

However, he felt it was somewhat girly to be hiccupping, and said, “I’m a grown-ass man. I don’t have hiccups!”

Luke S replied, “I don’t think a day’s gone by when you haven’t said ‘I’m a grown-ass man’.”

Meanwhile, when Luke A told Deana she should lay off the whole Charlie stuff with Luke S now, a bemused Deana said, “Why is everyone being so nice today?”

The power of Christ compels you to quit with the buzzer jokes…

Luke A explained that it’s because the end is now near, and rivalries and feuds are over.

Deana acquiesced and said, “We made it in the end. We’re off duty now.”

And indeed they are. I just can’t wait for the final now, and I’m even more excited for the celebrity edition to kick off!
