Via Big Brother’s live Twitter updates, we’ve just learned that the housemates have been given “a cartoon ticking time bomb” that contains a mixture of prizes and punishments…

BBLIVE states, “Housemates have to choose who gets the prize and who the punishment. Conor won karaoke and takeaway for him and Adam.”

And at 13:26, “Shievonne won date night and is taking Adam. Adam picked up a punishment. He has to wear big hands for the rest of the day.”

As of 13.30, that’s all the news so far about that task, but by the sounds of it, we can expect feathers to be well and truly ruffled!

Other news from the house today, Day 13, is that Benedict irritated Lydia this morning when he became Big Brother’s whipping boy…

In a nutshell, when several of the housemates failed to rouse themselves following the alarm going off and the lights going on, BB got sick of telling the lazy gits to get up.

So, having summoned authoritative ex-teacher Benedict to the Diary Room, they set him loose on the slumbering HMs.

In his most reasonable I’m The Grown Up Here So Pay Attention tone, he said that he was doing BB’s dirty work, and was sorry about it, but nonetheless, get the frig up.

That was the gist anyway. However, as mentioned, Lydia didn’t like it one bit. Click here to see her predictably OTT reaction.

Meanwhile, Ashleigh revealed that in terms of baby names, she likes Ocean – wonder if she’d use Spray as a middle name for that unfortunate infant – while dun, dun, dun…

Becky angered some of the housemates by pouring uneaten cereal down the sink!

The fact that there was something Becky didn’t eat shocked me, never mind the fact that she willing threw it away!

And finally, in a recent chat, Benedict, Scott and Caroline were talking about performing arts, and Scott revealed that he once played the role of either Abraham or Moses in a Christmas play.

It’s so easy to get those two mixed up isn’t it? They should make them wear name badges really.
