Big Brother 2013: Charlie Travers reflects on Cucumber-Gate and she and Hazel O’Sullivan hug it out

Hazel and Charlie.

ON TONIGHT’S BIG BROTHER HIGHLIGHT’S SHOW…

On last night’s show, the housemates were messing about with food in the kitchen, in which Hazel tried to shove a cucumber in Charlie’s mouth, but it backfired (not the cucumber) when Charlie ended up whacking Hazel in the eye with it.

But it didn’t stop there either as Charlie put her foot in it and ended up bringing Daley into the situation … and ain’t nobody got time fo dat! However, Charlie reflects on the situation on tonight’s show after waking up next to Hazel… and none of them talk to each other!

In the Diary Room, she tells Big Brother: “Obviously we have woken up and we are not talking. It’s a little bit awkward; I have not had that situation in the house. It does feel like school. In the real world you don’t really wake up next to someone and not speak to them”.

Back in the living room, Charlie tries to explain Cucumber-Gate to Sam, in which she tells him: “What I meant about that was that Hazel had come up to me and said, ‘He didn’t do it intentionally, he was drunk and got a bit carried away.’ So I said it is a bit like the Daley situation, wait, that isn’t a good example and then it kicked off in here a bit”.

Sam replies: “You had a full on argument?”

Hazel and Charlie.

Charlie tells her: “I felt like it was an attack. I felt p***ed off because I felt like I had confided in Hazel, she knows I have issues with not thinking before I speak and I felt like she used it against me.”

But, it isn’t all doom and gloom as both Hazel and Charlie end up hugging it out after Charlie apologises for what she said about Daley last night.

Charlie tells Hazel: “Sorry for saying that as it’s not the right situation to give an example by and I know it is personal to you, so sorry, I am sorry for even mentioning those words.”

Hazel replies: “I didn’t want you to get in trouble over anything because it was an accident…obviously to come down and it to escalate to that degree and for Daley to be brought in to it. I was like: ‘Oh did she really go there?’ because I have been going through a really hard time with it, the guy has been removed from the show for it”.

The pair hug it out and everything is hunky dunky after that. Phew, another war avoided!

Big Brother continues this evening at 10PM on Channel 5/HD.

They were both as bad as each other in this case. They were both jabbing cucumbers in each others faces and the fact that it hurt Hazel was accidental not aggressive. It could just as easily been Charlie that got injured. Charlie needs to engage her brain before she opens her mouth and Hazel uses the word aggressive far too easily. They both appear to have made up, they know that they have to at least look as if they are getting on but I don’t think they will forget that quickly and will be wary of each other from now on.

BORING, BORING ,oh so BORING!!!!. Bring Dan back in, then ,the show will have some life in it. I cringe at looking at Callum ,and, a bit with Dexter, although he seems to be getting better. Have not watched the Show after Dan,unfair Eviction, he made the Show GREAT!!!.
