Day 32
11.02am: Everyone is gathered on the sofas as Belinda, Maysoon and Sara pick teams for today’s task – a relay race to fight out of a paper bag. Belinda picks Rachel, Stuart and Darnell, Maysoon selects Mario, Dale and Mohamed and Sara chooses Rex, Lisa and Kathreya. After Belinda picks Rebecca and Luke joins Maysoon’s team it leaves Mikey as the last housemate to be picked.

11.40am: Rachel is called to the Diary Room. She tells Big Brother that she really likes the new housemates as the atmosphere in the house has now changed. When asked how everyone else has reacted to the new arrivals she admits it has “been great” especially when Maysoon was telling everyone she has lived in Boston and Darnell’s “little face lit up” as he has always wanted a girl in the house that understands the area he is originally from. She also thinks that Mikey really likes Sara and has “a huge soft spot for her”.

Stuart is at the sofas and is discussing with Lisa his paranoia of not being liked. Lisa tells him he has nothing to worry about as she thinks a lot of people will respect him for being a “single parent”. Stuart thinks the “love triangle” situation is what will make people dislike him.

In the Diary Room Rachel is telling Big Brother that Stuart said he thought the public would think he is arrogant. She tells Big Brother that she shocked him because she replied “well, yeah, you are.” Rachel says “he was with Sylvia, Jen, and then he was getting a little closer to Bex” and that “there is just something about Stuart that makes me feel a little bit eeergh”.

1.15pm: Each team is lined up in the living room ready to begin today’s task. Housemates must take it in turns to fight their way out of a giant paper bag. If all three teams complete the task within 20 minutes they will receive a token. The winning team that successfully fights their way out of their bags the fastest will receive a special reward.

Rex, Dale and Stuart are the first to start the relay. Stuart successfully beats his way through the bag as Dale struggles. Dale eventually emerges and begins shouting advice to the other housemates in his team. Maysoon’s team are the first to finish. Bex and Lisa are still in their bags. Bex emerges triumphantly. “Keep going Lisa, it’s going at the top” Mario shouts encouragingly.

1.30pm: Lisa has been trying to fight out of her bag for nine minutes. She finally emerges from it.

3.03pm: Big Brother has gathered all the housemates at the sofas to reveal the results of the task. Sara squeezes herself next to Mikey and gives him a kiss on the cheek singing Love is in the Air. Housemates completed the task in 15minutes and 17 seconds but as Sara, Kathreya and Belinda cheated by stepping on the bags and Rebecca used her teeth to bite her way through housemates failed the overall task and will not receive a token. As “team Maysoon” were the fastest they will receive a special prize later in the day.

4.21pm: Mikey has been sent to jail for discussing nominations.

Stuart is in the luxury bedroom crying as he looks at pictures of his daughter. “I wanna go, wanna go” he whispers to himself.

5.38pm: Belinda and Rachel are in the garden talking to Mikey who is still in jail when they hear shouting coming from outside. Big Brother calls all housemates to wait inside where the rest of the housemates begin to question them on what they heard. All agree that they didn’t hear anything although Belinda says she did think it sounded like a “ch” sound which Stuart takes to sound like his name.

6.26pm: Mikey has been put back into jail. The rest of the housemates are still speculating about what was heard. Belinda tells Stuart that “it wasn’t you; I can’t reiterate enough that it was not you”. Belinda begins to get upset and cries when she thinks that Stuart doesn’t believe her but Stuart says that it just annoys him how there are “horrible people in the house and they are being liked outside”. Belinda continues to cry.

7.44pm: Team Maysoon are in the Diary Room where Big Brother has thrown them a party for winning today’s task. They have been provided with champagne and snacks.

9.01pm: Rebecca, Dale, Luke and Stuart are in the luxury bedroom. Rebecca is putting fake tan on Luke. Dale jokes that when it’s finished he’ll end up looking like a “coal miner” which sends Luke into a panic, “I look ridiculous, glowing orange” Luke says. Rebecca, Dale and Stuart laugh.

9.22pm: In the luxury bedroom Rebecca creeps up to a sleeping Dale and draws on his face with make up. Rebecca, Luke and Stuart then discuss who is disliked in the house. Stuart says he thinks he is.

9.54pm: Most of the housemates are in the living room trying to convince Luke that his tan looks good. In the bedroom Dale wakes up and sees his newly decorated face. He walks into the living room, seemingly angry at the rest of the housemates. They soon realise he is joking as he struggles to stifle his giggles and jokes that he’s from Cats the musical.

12.32pm: Maysoon, Darnell, Dale and Stuart are in the bathroom discussing chat up lines. Darnell admits he has used some awful lines including “are you tired because you’ve been running through my head” or “heaven’s missing an angel”. Dale throws in “are your parents’ thieves as they stole the stars and put them in your eyes”.

Sara and Rex are in the living room discussing Sara’s ideal man. She admits that she likes “pretty but scruffy”, potentially a skinhead, and she likes a bit of muscle but not too much. They move into the garden where they discuss Rex’s launch night outfit. Sara is laughing as Rex talks about his “chrome” coloured shoes.

2.46am: Kathreya, Darnell and Dale are in the bathroom. Kathreya is saying she hasn’t been feeling very happy recently. Dale admits that his happy smile has gone as well. Darnell, hiding his face behind a cushion pretends to be Big Brother and probes Kat on the new housemates. She says that Belinda is her favourite. Dale joins in pretending to be Big Brother and tells Kat that “Big Brother would like to make her aware that she can always speak to Big Brother about her fears” before finally adding that the “bathroom door is now open”.
