A friend of former Big Brother housemate, Maysoon, says that she may have left the house yesterday to avoid being evicted by the public.

MSN reported that Maysoon’s friend Shona Hill stated : “I was shocked when I heard the news. I think it was homesickness but maybe it was because she was up for eviction and had that fear of rejection from the public. Nobody wants to know that they’re not liked.”

“I think if she’d stayed in longer there would have been more to her. I think she was trying to find her feet and settle.

“I think she did well but the feedback I’m getting from a lot of people is that she played it too safe and kept a step back, which is good, but you can tell people annoyed her and you just think ‘Well just say it’.

“People like Dale, Stuart, Rex – you could tell she was biting her tongue and wanted to avoid arguments.”
