Big Brother: Human Statues Task

Big Brother housemates must today recreate famous statues from around the world then stand still for as long as possible. The housemate who stays still the longest becomes the Head of House.

Housemates who are eligible to be Head of House will compete in a task to become this week’s Head of House. These are: Kathreya, Lisa, Mohamed, Nicole, Rex and Sara. Each of the six housemates who are eligible to become Head of House must become human statues. The Housemates must recreate the poses of famous statues from around the World. The housemate who holds the pose without moving for the longest period of time, will become the next Head of House. Housemates must decide amongst themselves which statue they each wish to be.

The statues are:

” The Thinker - sculpted by Rodin in 1901-1904.
” The Statue of Liberty - sculpted by Frederic Auguste Barthuldi in 1886.
” Eros - sculpted by Alfred Gilbert in 1892.
” The Farnese Atlas - sculptor unknown, sculpted around 150AD.
” The Kiss - sculpted by Rodin in 1880-1882. This statue requires two people.

Housemates must replicate the look of the statue and adopt the correct poses.
Housemates will be given approximately half an hour to paint their bodies with the appropriate body paint for their statue using the sponges provided. Housemates are allowed to enlist the help of other non participating housemates. In the Living Room there are five plinths for the statues to pose on. The two housemates posing as The Kiss by Rodin must pose on one plinth together.

The competitor who holds their pose the longest without moving will become this week’s new Head of House.
