Big Brother: Nikki Grahame talks anorexia and OCD

Nikki Grahame - Closer Magazine

Former Big Brother housemate Nikki Grahame has revealed that despite previously overcoming her issues with anorexia, she has now dropped to just 5 stone 9 lbs and is forced to wear clothes for eight year old girls.

Nikki was diagnosed with anorexia when she was just eight years old and suffers from OCD which compels her to work out daily.

She told Closer magazine: “I started losing weight again about a year ago. It’s been worse in the past few months. I hate it. My bones stick out, my boobs have changed shape and I look like a little girl. Nothing fits me anymore. I’ve had to buy eight-year-old children’s clothes and even they hang off me.

“When I wrote my book last year, I was a good example of someone who’d overcome anorexia. Now I feel I’ve let everyone down.”

She added: “I get antsy and irritable if I miss a gym session, and I pace around huffing and puffing if someone delays me getting on the cross-trainer, because I feel like they’re cutting into my exercise time.”

Nikki added that she is determined to overcome her problems and get back to the healthier weight that she was, whilst living in the Big Brother house.

She said: “I don’t want to let down the girls who wrote to me as a result of my book. I want help.”
