” Mario calls a very important house-meeting for ‘Health and Safety’ reasons

” Alex consoles Jennifer after the ‘Big Brother’s Got Talent’ show

9.46am: It’s the morning after the night before’s argument between Alex, Rachel and Stephanie over Rebecca’s over-cooked oven chips. Some of the housemates are getting dressed in the bedroom and discussing the events of last night. Rachel approaches Alexandra and tries to talk to her”When I’m ready to talk to you, we’ll talk” says Alexandra to Rachel. Rachel walks away and Alexandra continues to get ready.

11.03am: The housemates discuss the cooking arrangements in the house. As Rex does the majority of the cooking Mario feels that the other housemates need to learn how to cook and use the kitchen appliances. He says, “If Rex goes next week … we’ll all be up s***’s creek”.

Rebecca is in the Diary Room talking about last night’s argument. She says it was ‘awful’ and remarks that she only ever intended to help and that she doesn’t really know what she did to cause such a massive row.

12.29am: Mario calls all the housemates into the luxury bedroom for a house meeting on the grounds of health and safety issues. He instructs the housemates that they all need to learn the ropes in the kitchen and get themselves familiar with the cooking appliances so the cooking can be split evenly throughout the group. Alex suggests that they should all watch someone in the kitchen who knows how to work everything, like Rex.

3.57pm: Big Brother sets the housemates the first part of their food budget task, an endurance test. Wearing metallic, lycra body suits each housemate has to hold a light switch and light above their head. By holding the switch they ensure the light remains off. Housemates must stand with their hands outstretched above their heads and if they give up and let go, the light will go on, and they will be out. The last two housemates left with their lights on, will compete in the tomorrow’s task to win their housemates a luxury-shopping budget.
Stephanie is out first after just one minute, next is Luke, Mario then Kat.

4.56pm: Lisa, Dennis and Rachel are the only housemates left in the endurance task. The other housemates are sitting in the living room watching and cheering them on. Alex is talking to Sylvia about someone stealing her cigarettes that she left at the ashtray. She knows that Mohamed and Rex had one but she wants to get to the bottom of where the others went. Rather than confront any of the housemates she decides to go to talk to Big Brother to get to the bottom of it.

5.45pm: Dennis and Rachel win the task. Big Brother calls them to the Diary Room and tells them as winners, they have won a picnic hamper which will be delivered to the Diary Room later that day. They are also told that the task is two parts and they will be instructed on the next stage shortly.
All the housemates are in the living room. Darnell and Alex are cooking themselves some food in the kitchen area. Jennifer and Rex ask them why they are eating separately, from the group, as it was discussed in the house meeting earlier that they would all help each other cook the meals. Jennifer tells Alex, ‘You’re using up all the food’, but Darnell and Alex carry on cooking and eating, ignoring Rex and Jennifer’s points.
Jennifer approaches Darnell in the kitchen and says, “We are a group, but you are eating by yourself”, to which Darnell replies, “I just wasn’t hungry earlier”. Jennifer calls Darnell ‘unapproachable’ but the two of them decide to stop arguing. “All I want to see is smiles”, Darnell says, Jennifer replies, ” Let’s draw a line and forget about it”.

6.23pm: Alex is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother about her missing cigarettes. “I’m really p***ed off.” She asks Big Brother to tell her who stole them, but Big Brother tells her that as it’s a housemates issue she must resolve this with her fellow housemates.

8.40pm: Dennis and Rachel are rewarded with a picnic hamper full of goodies for winning the first past of the endurance task. They are both paranoid that if they eat the food they may suffer some sort of consequence and could actually hinder the amount they get for the weekly food budget. They both decide not to eat any of the food just incase and tidy up the garden instead.

9.29pm: In the Diary Room, Big Brother tells Dennis and Rachel that they were only being nice and rewarding them with a treat. Big Brother tells them they suffer from ‘Picnic Paranoia’.

11.07pm: The housemates decide to host their own talent show, ‘Big Brother’s Got Talent’. Luke is the host with Dale, Jennifer and Stephanie as judges. Dennis proceeds to jump on the table and do the splits infront of them.

11.55pm: Jennifer and Stephanie are in the bedroom putting on some skimpy outfits for their turn at the ‘Big Brother’s Got Talent’ show. Mario objects and tells them that they are ‘degrading’ themselves. Stephanie tell’s him to “Shut up”, to which Mario replies, “I’m entitled to say what I feel”.

12.36am: Jennifer is in the Diary Room. She’s upset with herself for parading in the house in her underwear, as part of the talent show. She feels she needs to be more serious as she’s a single parent but sometimes feels that she just wants to have a laugh and let her hair down as she is only 22 years old. She feels embarrassed about showing her underwear as she would never do that at home. “I’ve been brought up to be ladylike, that’s how I want my child to be too.”
Jennifer leaves the Diary Room visibly upset. Sylvia, Rachel and Alex console her. Jennifer says, “It’s all getting too much”. Fellow single mum Alex agrees and says, “We all have our moments”. She tells Jennifer that her daughter will still be proud and reassures her that, ” We all learn from our mistakes”. Jennifer says, “Mario was right, I looked ridiculous”. Alex hugs her and says, “Just keep it real … we are all living the dream”.

3.23am: Kat is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother. She says she can’t sleep as she misses her cookies too much and is really really hungry. She tells Big Brother that she hasn’t had a cookie for 24 hours and she needs more cookies to cheer everyone up. She asks Big Brother if she can get some more, but Big Brother says no. Kat throws her arms in the air and screams, “COOKIE” at the top of her voice.
Lisa, Luke, Mario and Stephanie face eviction this Friday.
