Josie Gibson has admitted that she was embarrassed to see pictures of herself looking chunky on holiday.

The Big Brother winner was attending a hen weekend in the sunny Spanish resort of Marbella, when she was papped wearing a skimpy red bikini and looking like she’s put on more than a few pounds since her recent split from John James Parton.

After seeing the pictures, Josie took to Twitter to tell her followers:

‘I see the sun have got the worst pics of me ever. Cringe. Oh well me can’t look good all the time pmsl x x,’

On how she managed to put on most of the three stone she had previously lost after leaving the Big Brother house, Josie admitted to Now magazine that a previous holiday was to blame.

‘I went on an all-inclusive holiday and it went downhill from there,’ she confessed.

‘Well, you want to get your money’s worth, don’t you?

‘I only have to look at a chocolae biscuit and I put on a stone.

‘Now I’m going on lots of long walks. I want to cleanse my brain.’
