If Sree Desari is an overstayer in the United Kingdom and the makers of Big Brother are aware of this ( which they clearly are, as he has been allocated an immigration lawyer) then BB is committing a serious offence by knowingly harbouring an overstayer or to use common terminology- an illegal immigrant.
