Maysoon has walked out of the Big Brother house after spending only four weeks as a housemate.

On last night’s highlights show, Maysoon admitted that she was considering leaving the house because she was so homesick.

After confirming her decision to leave in the diary room, Maysoon told pals Sara, Kathreya and Rachel: “They asked me loads of questions. I never really got 100% comfortable in the house.

“It was hard for us coming in halfway through, people already have their friends. I’m happy with the month I did. I wouldn’t change it.”

Rachel said: “We don’t want you to go May. Are you sure you won’t regret it, when you watch it on TV?”

Channel 4 has agreed that viewers who voted for Maysoon to be evicted prior to her line being closed are entitled to a full refund. Channel 4 does not make any profit from the Big Brother voting process and, as a gesture of goodwill, will continue to honour the charity donations this eviction vote would have generated.
