Big Brother 2006 starts this Thursday and the nation is on the edge of its seat waiting to see what mix of characters will be taking part this year.

Last week we saw a list of supposed housemates names leaked to the press, but all we know for definite is that this year Big Brother producers were looking for something different from any previous series.

According to long-standing presenter Davina they’ve had a different approach at auditions: “Rather than looking for stereotypes, they look for big personalities,” she reveals. “So that means we could have three or four gay men in the house because they’re brilliant personalities. Or we could have four blonde girls with big boobies in the house because they’re really, really fun.”
