Yet Another Big Brother Charley Fix?

Rumours are circulating once again that Big Brother not only fixed this weeks eviction so that their most controversial housemate would stay in, but that she also received fair warning that her eviction would not be a normal one.

Many of us looked forward to Friday night’s fake eviction, imagining all the obscenities and insults that would escape from Charley’s bucket mouth. I could already see her face when she returned to the house, having to face her fellow housemates who she had just torn to shreds. Instead Charley emerged to a silent crowd, a spectacularly soft and easy interview from Davina, and after being shown exactly what her housemates had said about her in nominations, Charley re-entered the house as the party wronged.

Footage of some Big Brother’s live streaming, posted on Youtube, certainly lends weight to the theory that Charley knew her eviction was not a normal one and so played things differently than she would have.

In this clip, Charley can be seen telling her housemates that she was forewarned in the diary room that tonight would be one of the best in her life…..mmmmmmm….what could that mean????

We had a similar situation with annoying Nikki last year, keeping in unpopular housemates, against the wishes of the audience. What a swizz. If I wanted to watch a scripted show, I would stick a movie on. When theyre not covering up for racists, they’re fixing the results. Who goes? They decide. I’ve had enough of their con-tricks. I find them an insult to viewers’ intelligence.

We all know how much Charley lies, big brother would never say that to her.

The producers are definatly trying to keep her in the house as long as possible but they just wouldnt risk telling her something like that when they didnt even know that she was going to leave in the first place.

Surely it is obvious that the whole fake eviction scenario was trumped up to pre-empt her being voted out after the transparent cancelling of votes which saw Billi evicted previously. They could easily have called her to the diary room long before informing the house and the rest of the viewing public of the phone-in results, particularly if it was going overwhelmingly the way of Charley being ‘evicted’.
I’m also convinced that the BigBro producers coached her to say that the crowd had been cheering for her outside as a psycological deterrent to the housemates voting her the following week. After all, she was out of the house for about 20 minutes. The viewing public were only showed about five minutes of this time in the form of the interview. Reality TV? This is ‘Cut and Paste’ reality
