Brit Chix consists of sisters Victoria and Maddy and third member Paisley. Paisley actually answered an ad Victoria & Maddy put in ‘The Stage’ when their former band member quit in 2003. They have been together nearly 6 years and until a year ago were touring fulltime, primarily on the holiday circuit: ‘our life has been exactly like Phoenix Nights!’

Victoria & Maddy’s parents are massively supportive. ‘Mum is the original Brit Chick: she does our costumes, drives us everywhere and rigs all the lighting & sound. She’s a proper roadie! Dad is also massively into it and says we’re the world’s best band.’ They have also financed much of the tour as the band never managed to break even and the girls partly want to do well to pay them back.

Piers– YES. Was much like the Spice Girls, not much talent, you look great, your cheeky, enjoyed it
