Britain’s Got More Talent not family friendly? Don’t be a hypocrite Stephen Mulhern

Today I read Stephen Mulhern is quitting Britain’s Got Talent, because he doesn’t think it suitable for children, and he claims his next show will be.

How ridiculous! BGT is an amazingly family friendly show and always has been. The only one sticking out like a sore thumb this year (besides the stripper) was Mr. Mulhern himself. Making jokes about giving his granny nipple tassels, making weird sex jokes in front of the judges and contestants and being genuinely unpleasant as he ruined the atmosphere a lot of the time.

During the live shows he often got into bitchy fights with the panel and appeared to upset them sometimes. Alesha Dixon refused to do the solo interviews during these live episodes and Simon Cowell never appeared on More Talent until the second to last episode.

Watching him crash and burn every night I wondered if he’d be back next season, guess I was right, and I think there might be something else going on with his sudden decision to leave. It’s a shame, because some of the More Talent episodes were rather good.
