Pop superstar Beyonce Knowles has admitted that she is a big fan of Britain’s Got Talent hopefuls The Arrangement.

The ‘Single Ladies’ singer admitted that she watched the group’s audition, which included a rendition of her hit song ‘If I Were A Boy,’ and loved their take on it.

She told The Sun:

“I just saw the YouTube video of The Arrangement at the weekend, and I have to say I absolutely loved it!

“I thought they were hilarious at the same time as being very talented. They have my backing.”

And in a boost for group leader Jono Miles, 18, she added: “I loved the lead singer. He was adorable.

“He just had so much charisma. He handled himself like a star.”

Group frontman Jono Miles is amazed and honoured by Beyonce’s praise and wishes that other Americans felt the same about his group’s classical slant on current songs.

He said:

“I was starting to think that the fact we hadn’t heard from anyone whose song we’ve done was a sign of some sort.

“But it’s great to hear Beyonce herself has endorsed it. I feel a lot more confident now.

“We’ve had loads of abuse from people in the US who don’t get it. They were saying things like, ‘Why is he singing If I Were A Boy when he is a boy?’

“We’re not to be taken seriously. Anyway I’m not expecting to be big stars in America – we’re probably too British.”
