Britain’s Got Talent 2010: Connected – Max & Harry Mondryk are talent winners

If Connected walk away with the Britain’s Got Talent crown this year, it won’t be the first prize the boys have picked up. Two of the four piece group, brother Max and Harry Mondryk, are well known regulars on the UK talent show circuit and have beaten stars like Faryl Smith in the past.

Together the sibling duo won the 2007 title for Talented Youngster of the Year and in 2009 Harry won it as a solo singer. Harry also won Festival of Stars in 2007, beating opera singer and Britain’s Got Talent star Faryl Smith and made it to the final 50 for last years BBC reality TV show, I’d Do Anything as he tried to land the role of Oliver.

A source told The Sun: “Max and Harry are very well known on the circuit.

“They’re a really professional act and have been cleaning up for years.”

On their BGT audition last year the source added:

“Kelly, Piers and Amanda raved about Harry but Simon thought he had picked up some bad habits along the way.

“This year they’re hoping to reach the semi-finals – and win a place on the tour which would set them up and allow them to invest in their future as a band. It’s the only dream they’ve got and they work really hard.”
