Britain’s Got Talent 2011: Arisxandra Libantino impresses judges

Arisxandra Libantino is well on her way to fame, if recent reports are to be believed.

Amanda Holden has said that this year’s Britain’s Got Talent series will showcase some seriously talented children and one of her favourites was nine year old Arisxandra.

“You have the biggest set of lungs ever for someone so small.”

The gifted youngster belted out Jennifer Hudson’s ‘And I Am Telling You’ for the ITV panel recently, after which David Hasselhoof raved that she was the best singer to perform for them to date.

Michael McIntyre asked:”Are you really nine?”

And Amanda Holden raved: “You have the biggest set of lungs ever for someone so small.”

That was an amazing performance – FOR A NINE YEAR OLD.

Removing her age from the equation reduces it below that level.

Someone listening to her for the first time – without knowing the singer’s age – probably wouldn’t consider it to be extraordinary in any way.

However – I believe that Arisxandra has a head start of her contemporaries and if she continues to improve with maturity (which is very likely) she could certainly be the next Celine Dion.

She’s good enough, but if you’ve listened to any of (previous Britain’s Got Talent contestant) Connie Talbot’s stuff on Youtube, especially her cover of Adele’s Someone Like You, you’ll find that she’s better and also, the same age… Sounds harsh, but Connie’s voice is much nicer, she doesn’t put on a weird fake voice, and she has a uniqueness about her.
