Britain’s Got Talent and Superstar judge Amanda Holden apparently thinks Simon Cowell is something of a godlike figure, as yesterday, she posted the above spoof picture to Twitter that seems to depict Simon as The Big Guy.

But of course, given that she’s judging Superstar – Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s talent quest show which is to find a singer to play the lead role in a remake of Jesus Christ Superstar the musical – at the moment, Amanda’s perhaps a tad obsessed with religious imagery.

She recently admitted that she decks out her dressing room in a theme that matches whatever show she’s doing at the time, so her current dressing room area is regaled with candlesticks and crosses apparently…

And she’s reportedly been handing out “Grow your own Jesus” toys to crew members having tweeted, “If you don’t help us by voting we may have to resort to this!” along with this picture…

However, of the image she posted to Twitter of Simon – which is sure to upset somebody somewhere – Amanda tweeted, Well,technically he is their Dad!God of Telly@itvsuperstar @JCSTheMusical ITV this Sat 8pm Sun 8pm

Speaking to the Daily Star recently, Amanda said, “I have worked for Simon Cowell who is God and now I’m working for The Lord – Andrew Lloyd Webber.

“Not many people can say that.”
