David Walliams and Simon Cowell have become close in recent weeks, ever since the music mogul convinced the Little Britain star to join his Britain’s Got Talent judging panel, however we didn’t think they’d be on naked terms just yet!

However Walliams has told The Daily Star this week, that in the breaks between auditions, he and the TV boss like to engage in a spot of naked wrestling to pass the time. We SO hope he’s joking, otherwise we might have to rethink watching the show when it returns this April.

David – who has been a huge hit with audiences at all the audition venues so far – explained that he and Simon have bonded over their love of the strange sport, saying:

“We both enjoy Roman and Grecian wrestling together.

“And we also do warm-up acrobatics together before we come to the auditions.”

He also claimed that he is trying to persuade Simon to take on an extreme challenge for Sports Relief next year, however admitted that it probably won’t be a swim based task, joking:

“Some would say he wouldn’t need to swim because he would just walk on water anyway.”

Simon and David’s bromance may have taken a bit of a hit this week however, as insiders have suggested that the X Factor boss has been too caught up in guest judge Carmen Electra, to pay any attention to either Walliams or fellow judge Alesha Dixon. Carmen’s appearance in London is said to have caused a bit of a rift in the panel, with many auditionees being affected when the four judges split their vote.

Walliams revealed last month that he joined the BGT panel, after being wooed by Cowell, and it seems that the star must have turned his charms on David’s mum when she paid them a visit at Hammersmith Apollo on Wednesday, as he tweeted that the music mogul was quick to compliment the pensioner on her ‘lovely skin.’

Another bromance that will be featured Britain’s Got Talent when it returns, is one between married couple Soren and Bradley aka Sugar Dandies. The same sex dance duo stunned the judges at their audition and will be seen on an upcoming episode of the ITV show.
