Ryan O’Shaughnessy has admitted that he has already written enough songs for his debut album, which he is hoping he can release very soon.

The Irish singer shone once more on last night’s Britain’s Got Talent final, when he gave his track ‘No Name’ another outing and won unanimous praise from all of the panel.

It wasn’t enough to win him a place in the top three, but then he was up against some amazing talent, however the 19 year old still has big plans for the future.

Speaking to The Daily Star just before taking to the stage last night, Ryan revealed that he is almost ready to go with his first album and all he has to do is write a song for The Saturdays’ Mollie King who revealed her admiration for him last week.

He said:

“I pretty much have an album of songs ready to go.

“I have about eight or nine songs that are finished and I would be happy to put out tomorrow.

“Mollie from The Saturdays asked me to write her a song.

“So I’m planning to do that. Why not? She is beautiful. It’s great to know she likes me.”

Ryan became an overnight sensation, after his BGT audition was aired last month and the nation fell in love with his story of unrequited love.

He almost didn’t make the semi finals, because of a previous contract with The Voice Of Ireland, however at the last minute Universal Ireland let him out of his commitments and he was added to the live show lineup.

Last night he sang his popular song again and it has been reported that show boss Simon Cowell already has a number of record labels interested in signing the teen sensation.

O’Shaughnessy is excited by all the possibilities and added:

“I don’t want to let this slip away now. This is what I have dreamed about for years.

“I would obviously love to be signed up by Simon or by a major record label but any kind of deal at all would be amazing.”

He was even more chuffed when Kylie Minogue tweeted that she loved his performance last night and expressed his gratitude on the micro blogging website.
