Britain’s Got Talent 2013 final results: Who won? Attraction beat Jack Carroll!

It was certainly an eventful night on Britain’s Got Talent this evening!

Not only were we treated to 11 amazing performances from acts such as pre-Skool, Attraction and Richard and Adam but Simon Cowell got egged (and you can watch the video here).

After the excitement died down, and we were allowed to see some fab performances from South Korean singer Psy and performing duo Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift, Ant and Dec finally returned to the stage and brought some normality back to proceedings as they revealed the results of the public vote.

They told all the little baby acts first that they had lost out, all except Jack Carroll who did make it through to the top three with Attraction and Richard and Adam, which meant that viewers favourites such as Jordan O’Keefe and The Luminites were going home.

The TV duo then broke it down even further and revealed that Richard and Adam were in third place leaving us with our final two.

After a tense pause, we finally discovered that the winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2013 was Attraction.

Jack took the news well and said:

“Runner up, a little bit insensitive is it not? I had a great time and it was ace to come second. Cheers everyone. I have tried my best and cheers to everyone who voted.”

Attraction’s Zultan added::

“This is amazing, thank you very much thank you.”

    I want to die after being forced to watch that program by my wife. A program designed for the true british couch-potato. Still, congratulations to the egg thrower. She stole the show.

    The royal variety performance should be made up of all tonight’s finalists. They were all worthy of winning. What an amazingly diverse array of talent we have seen throughout the televised semis and tonight’s final. Let’s hope that they all get opportunities to develop their talents further and that we get to see lots more of them all on tv. Big it up for new talent on tv instead of recycled oldies or depressing drivel.
    Massive congrats to all big and small involved with the show, It has been a magical, gobsmacking and awe inspiring journey.
    Cheers,

    I was looking forward to the final, as I thought the standard was pretty high this year, but found it a bit of a let down in the event. Thought it was a shame that Richard and Adam and the Luminites rehashed previous performances, and felt the majority of the acts performed much better in the semis. Attraction were deserving winners, but I loved the way Simon Cowell claimed it was a surprise result, when he had done everything within his power to engineer their win, giving them the honour of performing last in the final semi and closing the final.
