Britain’s Got Talent 2013: Simon Cowell tells audience “I think we’ve found our winner!” Could it be Robbie Kennedy?
It’s been reported today that Britain’s Got Talent mogul Simon Cowell reckons he already knows who this year’s contest winner will be…
And apparently, the winner will be Robbie, a singer from Cwmbran who wowed Simon and the audience during his audition on Thursday.
However, when Robbie first took to the stage at Cardiff, it was to sing a song he’d written himself, but according to the Daily Star, Simon hated it and ordered him to sing Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls.
And that, it would appear, met with approval as Simon told him after his performance, “I think we’ve found our winner!”
He added, “You’re what I’ve been waiting for, you’ve absolutely got it.”
Simon’s fellow judge Alesha Dixon added: “You’re so likeable, my heart is pounding.”
Meanwhile, another act apparently had the judges “in stitches” when they revealed that they’d named their ducks after them.
One of the contestants said, “David is the campest straight duck I’ve ever seen, Alesha is a beautiful duck with the sweetest quack.
“Amanda’s gorgeous but breaks wind a lot and the mallard is Simon – he’s in charge, what he says goes, but he has a twinkle in his eye.”
Anywho, auditions will continue this weekend in London, weather permitting of course.
Here’s a look at Simon revealing what he’s hoping to see on BGT this year…
