We reported over the weekend that Simon Cowell and other Britain’s Got Talent stars – including his fellow judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon – had been filming a spoof wedding for this year’s Comic Relief…

And of course, getting ‘married’ was confirmed bachelor Simon, but the big mystery was who his bride or possibly groom, would be.

However, The Sun reports that we’ll see vain Simon marrying himself – in the form of a lookalike – in the skit ceremony!

The paper adds that while Simon turned up wearing his trademark jeans and T-shirt combo, his lookalike was properly kitted out in a wedding suit.

During filming on Friday, JLS star Aston Merrygold played the role of a choirboy, and at Simon and Simon’s reception, BGT stars Ashleigh and Pudsey entertained the guests, along with Jonathan Antoine and Stavros Flatley.

Simon’s spoof wedding will be aired on BBC1 for Red Nose Day on Friday, March 15, however, former BGT winner Susan Boyle wasn’t invited to the wedding, but that’s probably just as well as she spent the day getting her toenails blinged…

TV Biz reports, “The Britain’s Got Talent legend — who still lives in her ex council house — has her tootsies encrusted with Swarovski crystals.”

She apparently paid around £70 to have 500 crystals glued onto her toenails, which took around two hours to complete.

And of course, that’s something that she would probably never have dreamed of doing before she became rich and famous…

But on the subject of her wealth and of not having to worry about money anymore, Susan recently said, “It feels good. But I’ve got too much now.”
