Britain’s Got Talent 2013: Singer Bethan Horton wins favour with Simon Cowell! *SPOILERS*
Simon Cowell has reportedly gone back to his Mr Nasty ways and binned ten acts in a row at yesterday’s Britain’s Got Talent auditions, but at least two hopefuls did make it through to the next round.
The music mogul was in Cardiff, along with his fellow judges David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon and sat through his first day of tryouts for the ITV show this year.
We’ve already reported that singer Andrew Leigh Evans made it through to the next round, after moving Amanda to tears with his song and his story and we can reveal that he wasn’t the only singer to do so.
Bethan Horton also impressed the panel with her song and the 18 year old performer from South Wales seems really very chuffed with herself.
She took to Twitter after her tryout yesterday and wrote:
“Okay… I just auditioned for Britains Got Talent in front of the judges and guess what?…….”
“I GOT THROUGHHHH ahdhsbdaiksdwnbfiwqnuwiqxc wiqkx. 4 yes’s!!!!! xxx”
The pretty singer later messaged Cowell directly, saying:
“@SimonCowell Thanks for putting me through today!”
Her boyfriend seemed to be bursting with pride too and took to the microblogging website to say:
“Incredibly proud of my girlfriend @bethanhorton, she got 4 yes’ from the BGT judges, and I weeped like a baby during her audition. #BGT”
An audience member who watched Beth perform tweeted:
“okay so like, @bethanhorton is an incredible singer, and seems really lovely, and I can’t wait for her to win BGT, yep! ;D”
