Britain’s Got Talent has achieved record breaking viewing figures for its bank holiday Monday show.

Last night’s talent extravaganza saw Shaun Smith and Flawless going through to the finals and its audience peaked at 15.4 million viewers, 64% of the nights TV viewers.

ITV said that 13.6 million watched the whole 90 minute show from 9pm.

The figures make it the most watched Britain’s Got Talent ever, ITV said.
